Overview: San Clemente, CA is a town rich in beach culture. Growing up, I was heavily influenced by the local surf and skate brands. Years later I would become fascinated with craft beer. I still remember my first time trying Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, in the Eastern Sierras area, before I can recollect seeing it in southern California. This was my first craft beer and I was instantly hooked.
Objectives: Create a brand identity for a local brewery as a passion project, aligning a craft beer company to San Clemente beach culture. Illustrate scenic, vibrant, and exciting activities that San Clemente represents, and tie them into the Los Molinos area, which the brewery would share its name.
